On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, our credit union will have a delayed opening and will open at 1:00 PM as our team comes together to honor the life of a colleague.

During this time:

• Branch services will resume at 1:00 PM.
• Contact Center calls from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM will be supported by a trusted third-party service provider to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Our Needham-based Contact Center team will begin handling calls at 1:00 PM.
